There is something special about the transition into autumn.
The air begins to cool, the light changes, and nature gently reminds us that slowing down is part of every healthy cycle.
This evening offers an opportunity to pause, take a deep breath, and welcome the season with intention.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you're warmly invited to join us.
What to Expect
This is a gentle, floor-based Yin yoga practice designed to help you unwind at the end of the day.
