Welcome
I believe Yoga and Ayurveda are most powerful when they meet you in this moment, just as you are,
Hi, I’m Jennifer Ferdin and I help people find calm in the chaos and feel good again through mindful movement, breath, and everyday nourishment.
My approach is simple: come as you are, explore what feels good, and leave lighter, clearer, and more connected.
You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or even sure what you’re looking for. You just need to be willing to pause and breathe.
That’s where we begin.
How I Support You
I share a blend of grounded, healing practices that support your whole self:
✦ Yoga that balances structure and freedom
✦ Breathwork to calm the mind and restore energy
✦ Ayurveda inspired rituals for daily life
✦ Simple practices to bring you back to your center
You don’t have to know how to do any of this.
I’ll guide you - step by step, breath by breath.
Why
So many of us are holding our breath.
Pushing through.
Trying to feel better by doing more.
But the truth is ~
Real healing often begins when we do less.
When we soften.
When we come back to our own natural rhythm.
This work is not about fixing or forcing.
It's about remembering who you are, what you need,
and what it feels like to feel good in your body again.
If you're ready to slow down, feel better in your body, and restore your natural rhythm, I’d be honored to support you.

More About Jennifer
Jennifer Ferdin, RYT-500, is a yoga instructor and Ayurvedic wellness guide with a passion for helping others reconnect to their natural rhythm. She first came to yoga in 2013 seeking relief from chronic back pain and found so much more. Increased energy, better mobility, and a deeper sense of calm kept her returning to the mat.
Her studies deepened through a 300-hour advanced training that emphasized alignment principles rooted in the Iyengar tradition, giving her a strong foundation in clarity and structure. From that ground, she grew into a more embodied and somatic approach one that embraces freedom, energy, and the organic movement of Shakti.
Along the way, she also immersed herself in the sister sciences of Ayurveda and Tantra, exploring the art of seasonal balance, food as medicine, and practices for cultivating resilience and vitality.
Today, she blends the timeless wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra to support others in finding ease, clarity, and sustainable wellness no matter the season of life.
Her classes integrate Vinyasa’s flow, Hatha’s steadiness, and Yin’s spaciousness. Rather than focusing on levels or labels, she invites students to explore their own experience with curiosity, intention, and compassion, creating space for healing and growth to naturally unfold.
She is deeply grateful for her teachers and schools, including U4IC Yoga, Yoga Renew, and the Shakti School, whose guidance and wisdom continues to shape her path.
With reverence, she honors the countless teachers across time ( known and unknown ) and all those yet to come, who keep this living tradition alive.
