Reset & Renew
Your Fall Ayurveda Cleanse

We’re always digesting. Not just food, but thoughts, emotions, and experiences. This cleanse is about learning to listen more closely.
What am I truly able to digest, in my body, mind, and heart?
When you begin to ask this, everything shifts.
Does This Sound Familiar?
-
Your digestion feels unpredictable, bloating, heaviness, or sluggishness.
-
You’ve tried quick fixes before, but they leave you more frustrated than renewed.
-
You crave balance, clarity, and a way of living that feels sustainable.
-
If you nodded “yes,” you’re not alone. And there’s a better way.
Imagine This:
-
Waking up with clarity and steady energy.
-
Feeling light in your body and calm in your mind.
-
Enjoying simple, grounding rituals that anchor your mornings and evenings.
-
Feeling guided, supported, and connected to a like-minded community.

How it Works - The 3 Phases of
Digesting Life
Phase 1 - Preparation
Honoring the Beginning
October 14-19

This phase is about softening into rhythm and intention, not restriction.
Before we begin, you will:
-
Align with circadian rhythms to support energy + rest
-
Journal (optional) or reflect on your “why”: what you want to release and welcome in
-
Gather supplies so the cleanse feels spacious, not rushed
-
Begin to reduce toxins and noticing: What am I truly able to digest in my body, mind, and heart?
Phase 2 - Active Cleansing
The Heart of the Journey
October 20-24

For 5 days, we simplify meals and rituals, allowing digestion to rest and reset. Together we will:
-
Practice daily live check-ins + guided sessions (20–30 min)
-
Receive morning emails with gentle tips + prompts
-
Eat a simple kitchari-based mono diet with teas and warm fluids
-
Practice rituals that calm the nervous system and support release
-
Gather for a midweek group session (October 22, 5:30 p.m.)
This is digestion at every level.
Letting go of heaviness, creating space, and learning to receive.
Phase 3 - Rejuvenation
Reflection + Renewal
October 25-26 (self-paced)

After the guided cleanse, you’ll take time to integrate, reflect, and move forward with awareness. You’ll be invited to:
-
Reintroduce foods mindfully, noticing how they affect digestion, mood, and energy
-
Reflect + Journal, celebrate shifts and clarify what you want to continue
-
Tune in to awareness. Observe how body, mind, and emotions digest life beyond food
-
Discern What Stays + What Releases. Carry forward what nourishes, let go of what doesn’t
-
Move Forward with Ease. Weave your new rhythms into everyday life

Frequently Asked Questions
These answers are for general guidance only. Always listen to your body and consult your healthcare provider for personal advice.
Q: Do I need to know Ayurveda to join?
A: Not at all. This cleanse is designed for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. I’ll guide you
step by step.
Q: What if I can’t make the live calls?
A: All calls are recorded, and you’ll receive replays and daily emails.
Q: What will I be eating?
A: A simple, nourishing dish called kitchari, along with teas and supportive practices. Recipes and a shopping list are included.
Q: What if I have food sensitivities?
A: The recipes are naturally gluten-free and vegetarian. I’ll also share simple adjustments if you have specific needs.
Q: How much time will this take each day?
A: About 20–30 minutes for the guided check-ins, plus meal prep. Most find the rhythm grounding rather than overwhelming.
Q: Will I need to change my work or schedule during the cleanse?
A: Most people are able to continue with daily life as usual. The only exception is if you choose the optional salt water flush (Day 3 or 5), which works best if you plan that morning at home with time to rest and take bathroom breaks.
Q: Can I take medications, herbs, or supplements on the cleanse?
A: Yes — please continue any prescription medications as directed. You may also choose to simplify or cut back on non-essential supplements to give your liver a rest, but this is optional. If you’re unsure, please check with your doctor or healthcare provider.
Q: What if my question isn’t answered here?
A: I’d love to support you. Please reach out by email.
