Spring is nature’s invitation to clear space and begin moving again.

After the heaviness of winter, our bodies naturally look for ways to reset through lighter foods, fresh routines, and a renewed connection to daily rhythm.

This gentle Ayurvedic cleanse is designed to help you rise, refresh, and realign with the energy of the season.

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • Your digestion feels unpredictable, bloating, heaviness, or sluggishness.

  • You’ve tried quick fixes before, but they leave you more frustrated than renewed.

  • You crave balance, clarity, and a way of living that feels sustainable.

  • If you nodded “yes,” you’re not alone. And there’s a better way.

Imagine This:

  • Waking up with clarity and steady energy.

  • Feeling light in your body and calm in your mind.

  • Enjoying simple, grounding rituals that anchor your mornings and evenings.

This phase is about gently preparing the body and mind for the cleanse.

Before we begin, you will:

  • Align with circadian rhythms to support digestion + rest

  • Reflect on your intentions (what you want to release and welcome this spring

  • Gather ingredients and supplies so the cleanse feels spacious

  • Begin to reduce toxins and notice what you're digesting in life (not just food)

Phase 2 - Active Cleansing

The Heart of the Journey
April 13-17
MyKitchari.jpg

This is the heart of the cleanse: releasing heaviness, restoring rhythm, and learning to digest life with more ease.

For 5 days, we simplify meals and rituals, allowing digestion to rest and reset. Together we will:

 • Eat simple, nourishing meals centered around kitchari

• Receive daily emails with gentle guidance, tips, and reflections

• Stay connected through our private circle where we can ask questions and lift one another up

• Explore simple practices that support digestion and calm the nervous system

At times you may notice old habits or patterns asking for attention, this is a natural part of the process. With simplicity, support, and community, space begins to open for renewed clarity and energy.

step by step.

Q: What if I can’t make the live calls?

A: All calls are recorded, and you’ll receive replays and daily emails.

Q: What will I be eating?

A: A simple, nourishing dish called kitchari, along with teas and supportive practices. Recipes and a shopping list are included.

Q: What if I have food sensitivities?

A: The recipes are naturally gluten-free and vegetarian. I’ll also share simple adjustments if you have specific needs.

A: About 20–30 minutes for the guided check-ins, plus meal prep. Most find the rhythm grounding rather than overwhelming.

Q: Will I need to change my work or schedule during the cleanse?

Q: Can I take medications, herbs, or supplements on the cleanse?

A: Yes — please continue any prescription medications as directed. You may also choose to simplify or cut back on non-essential supplements to give your liver a rest, but this is optional. If you’re unsure, please check with your doctor or healthcare provider.

About Your Guide

Hi, I’m Jennifer Ferdin | Yoga Teacher & Ayurveda Guide.

Over time I’ve learned to listen, to my body, to my nervous system, to trust my intuition, and to notice how both my body and mind are influenced by the changing seasons… and the seasons of my life.

There’s a proverb I often return to:

"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

This cleanse is an invitation to walk that path together, with curiosity, support, and a shared commitment to living in rhythm with ourselves and the world around us.
